20 Ozar Villas

Room Info :

Villa Ozar consists of 3 standalone residences (Grand Luxury Villa - Beautiful Panoramic House - Flower House) each one with separate outdoors. There are 3 private use seawater pools every house has its own swimming pool, 4 fully equipped kitchens, and 2 kitchenettes in the studio apartments. The total of 12 bedrooms among the others includes Mini Bar, boiling coffee or tea and can accommodate 24 people + 2 little children. The Villas are located at Saint Lazaros of Psarrou on side 1000m from Psarrou beach. There is a great view of the beautiful Mykonos beaches, Psarou-Platys Gialos-Agia Anna-Paraga (with the famous beach bar SCORPIOS)-Paradise(with the famous CAVO PARADISO) and to the islands NAXOS & PAROS.

 

Transfer from/to port/airport is provided upon request. Furthermore, transportation is available all over the island and beaches.

Facilities:
All villas are accommodated with lounge rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and great view gardened outdoors. Every separate room has A/C, flat TV, HiFi Music System, safe, Mini Bar, free WiFi, and lot more amenities. Furthermore, there is a private underground 5 sheet parking place.

10 Grand Luxury Villa Featured

Grand Luxury Villa consists of two large buildings is two separate levels. The first building is a suite 50sqm with a bathtub and Jacuzzi, it has a double king size bed and a bed couch. There are also three bedrooms of 25 sqm with private entrance and a fully equipped bathroom - Jacuzzi. The two bedrooms have a single bed and the other has a double bed.At the outside area there is a small kitchenette and a dining table up to 10 persons. The other two-floor building has indoors amenities with a big lounge, dining room for 12 people, and an open modernly decorated kitchen fully equipped on the ground floor (100sq.m). At the first floor, the suite has the master bedroom with one big bathroom - Jacuzzi.On the top floor of the villa, there is a veranda of 50 sqm and you can enjoy any treatment. The Villa also has a big seawater infinity pool (70 sq.m), extensive outdoor places with equipped with BBQ, deck dining table for 12 people, gardens all around, and a great view. It can accommodate 10-12 people.

8 Beautiful Panoramic House

Room Info :

This Beautiful Panoramic House has 4 bedrooms, 3 WC-bathrooms (the one with jacuzzi), private use outdoor sea water pool with fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dinning room and a pine/cypress garden with great view to Mykonos beautiful beaches. This House can accommodate 8 people in total.

Besides the main residence there is next to the Panoramic house , the Panoramic 2 Floor Building with 2 more standalone studios  with amenities, big W.C-walk in shower, equipped kitchen and 3 single beds in each one on the ground floor.  On the first floor there is a 2 double bedroom apartment that can accommodate 4 people with equipped kitchen and one bathroom with walk in shower/Jacuzzi .The building is provided with extra charge upon request starting from 300 Euros per night to 650 Euros per night depending the season.

6 Beach View Flower House

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 W.C-bathrooms with Jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, private use outdoor sea water pool, outdoor dinning table, porch with great view to  most famous Mykonos beaches ( Psarrou - Platys Gialos - Paragka - Paradise beaches). Our accommodation has been rated as the best quality/price balance with a fantastic view of the Aegean Sea. Our villas are cleaned everyday (all outdoor spaces as well as swimming pools) . Everyday routines by changing daily towel and bed sheets and every 2 days pillow sheet changing. Our experienced concieze responsible for the residence is everyday available day and noon for helping you in every aspect during your stay. She will guide you to enjoy your stay day and night and book table or deck chair at every spot or beach without extra costs. Our ten years experience in house rental we can assure you for your pleasant stay at our island.
Activities
BBQ Facilities, Outdoor Private Use Swimming Pools. Our Villas comlpex cooperates with transport companies for every day or night transfer on thee island by VIP Mini Bus for 6-8-18 people with a cost of 5-8 € per person per transfer. Furthermore our experienced personnel can arrange for you a boat or helicopter for transportation or sea activities. Grand Luxury Villa is available for EVENT organization such as, wedding/birthday parties etc up to 100 guests. We are cooperating with catering, chef, Baristas, DJs and interior decorators for an unforgetable EVENT. Furthermore in the residence there is a little church available for Wedding/Baptism ceremonies.

There is the possibility of servicing Continental breakfast consisting of filter coffee, tea, jam, orange juice, bakery products, croissant, butter, honey, boilled eggs, cheese, ham and 2 summer fruits with an extra cost of 10 € per person. In case of big kitchen use with all Mille equipment and crockery for lunch/dinner preperation our experienced personnel is available to serve you with a little extra cost after agreement.

Cancellation / Prepayment
In a 5 days period from booking the 30% of the total cost must be transferred. The other 70% will be transferred 10 days before arrival or on arrival. In case of cancellation less than 60 days from arrival the 30% prepayment is not returned.

Free! All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no availability for extra beds
